@dlsness for upper i do lat pull downs, rows, back extensions and wtv other random machine lol
for lower i do hip thrusts, rdls, step ups, split squats, and abductions
for abs i mainly do hanging leg raises and sometimes a yt ab workout
n i do 1hr stairmaster once a week too usuallyy
