The FIR was lodged in 2023 under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, NDPS Act and various sections of IPC by Saurabh Gupta and Gaurav Gupta who are Henchmen of Maneka Gandhi and notorious for indulging in extortion in the name of wild life protection and animal welfare.
