3 years to month since I suffered a pulmonary embolism and subsequent complications including heart failure. Today is big milestone for me. Passed job-related fitness test this morning. I'm no racing snake but plodded through it OK. Have new limits to my fitness but good enough.

TAKE 2? SGT & NIE OR INSP & NIE I've had a lot of queries regarding taking both exams (SGT & NIE or INSP & NIE) in 2023. If this option is open to you I would 100% encourage you to do both. This is because if you are studying for one you are studying for the other.

MAY 2023 INSP EXAM 1 mark can be difference between a pass & a fail. This chapter was, coincidentally, worth 1 mark. The last thing you read before you go into an exam could be the first thing you read in it - that is why you should NEVER...EVER...STOP
