I would like to extend my congratulations to the new Climate Change Advisory Council appointees. All of whom will do great work. However, I must ask if it's appropriate for Ministers to appoint, at their discretion, members of a Council tasked with critiquing their actions.

I was just explaining my personal hesitation until the obstetrician explained there was no way the vaccine could affect the baby as it wasn't "live".
