STORY TIME… I got to this game in Indianapolis early right when the stadium opened and I’m standing in the first row of the endzone with a small group of Niner fans. Dr. York comes by on his golf cart and reaches into his pocket and starts handing out 49er pins. I strike up conversation with him and mention I went to Ball State (about an hour from the stadium) and I was excited the 49ers drafted Nate Davis the prior April. “Ooooh Nate? Great kid. Here you go, this will get you into the field.”
