🚨 Price Gouging? Crude oil is PLUMMETING but gas prices at the pump are staying high. When oil jumps a nickel, gas surges instantly. But oil drops by dollars, Zero change at the pump Are gas companies exploiting the Iran conflict to rip off Americans?

@eggert_charles @AlecLace I live in Las Vegas, and I purchase my gas from Chevron for the most part. The first day of the war prices rose .20 cents a gallon, and then every day after that, it went up .10 cents a gallon for at least a week. After a week and a half, we were at 4.99 a gallon from 3.69.

@AlecLace That's not true the prices went up over weeks. It takes weeks to go down. The pipeline from ground to pump has various different priced products. It is not magic and any sentient human being can easily understand the process you just have to like facts more than you hate trump
