@dobbies hi, I emailed customer service about a serious allergy incident in one of your cafes on 17th June. I still haven't had a reply, even after chasing on 9th July. This far exceeds the 5 working day response time and I feel like the incident isn't being taking seriously.

@dobbies When your Lisburn store opened it was brilliant. Decent restaurant. People flocked and bought plants as an aside. Now it’s a wilderness. Almost no one there. So many places don’t realise that their business model is broken, and that the bad catering is at the core of it

I'm a club+ member and was extremely disappointed to discover last week, that cold drinks can no longer ne included in the monthly free beverages.
When queues have been ridiculous, I'd grab a couple of cans and go.
Don't remember being notified of this change.

@dobbies I paid for Club Plus membership at the till in April, but when I went back to your store this month I was told my account did not show any record of the renewal🤷🏼♀️ So I paid again! I’ve now checked my bank statement and it shows I was right. Can you assist with a refund?

@dobbies My SIL purchased a small rose bush from you for his mothers grave. He is a police inspector & knows nothing of plants so asked for advice & was sold a terrible specimen at £40. It has now failed & died. He did not keep the receipt. I’ve emailed CS but have been ignored.
