@Gazaniverse25 @ShaykhSulaiman Jerusalem -> Bethlehem actually has no security process at all, just a turnstile. Other way can be instant entry or extremely slow/crowded depending on timing.
English

Why should she go via this route if she can go to direction of Tel aviv and then visit Bethlehem with just spending two more hours of journey(which is not critical and I know what I am talking about)and just pass the SINGLE checkpoint to Bethlehem(I was there so I know what i am talking about)?

@ozvascdoc @abcnews @kirontech @SynapseMedical not sure what you mean re the comma - but the fact an X-ray item was chosen rather than the actual type of operation that is explicitly listed next to it says something
English

@abcnews @kirontech @SynapseMedical 10) From experience, punctuation is not a strong point of the people/committees who write CMBS item descriptors. A missing comma here has led to a critical assumption in the @kirontech @SynapseMedical report that does not match reality, nor the intent of the item descriptor.

Interesting article by @adele_ferguson and the @abcnews @4corners team today in their series on #Medicare Billing that makes some interesting claims. abc.net.au/news/2024-04-0…
English

@themathendo Totally unsupported imputations in the report such as a pretty odd statement that if out of pocket charges were raised there may be even more fraud afoot, for no apparent reason other than there are indeed ways in which some sorts of charges may breach various rules
English

@themathendo No apparent attempt to speak to high level anaesthetic organisations who could have clarified many of these issues, just "Anaesthetist 1" and "Anaesthetist 2" in the report.
English

Dear pissed off medicos.
I will await the queue of suggested corrections you have in store re Adele Ferguson’s story.
Am gathering many of you are filthy over this #4Corners
IF the nuance is something that ONLY medical practitioners can understand, then maybe please explain it all slowly so us normal people can understand.
Mat Henderson@themathendo
Wow. This data that #4Corners got a hold of is thermo-bloody-nuclear. Who knew that 87% of the medical specialists most pharmacologically descended from aristocrats huffing ether and laughing gas would turn out to overcharge their patients for time on the tools?!
English

@themathendo X-rays, which appears to have been chosen in error but the surgeon (?) but certainly isn't correct (<1 hour for very major surgery)
English

@themathendo 1- Appropriateness of anaesthetic time is based on the time taken for the actual operation, plus time taken for the anaesthetic to put in multiple lines, regional anaesthesia. Which may be half an hour, or even an hour and a half. They have based it on an item number related to/
English

@Omnicentrist Will keep that in mind if I don’t wear one during a high transmission period, catch Covid or something else for 10 days and have to cancel 100 patients’ operations
