@qatarairways I truly am disheartened with how me and my 6 month old were treated for a simple gate check and pick up request for Doha.

@qatarairways Also, I was told that holding a baby for three hours during my transit to Doha, " would not be that bad." Without my stroller and that it's, " not a long time to wait."

@qatarairways ... Please encourage your staff to be courteous even if they are unfamiliar with a request, While attempting to gate check my car seat/stroller I was told, " I don't have time for this and I have other things to do do make a decision." ....

@qatarairways I had the worst experience with 2 of your gate agents departing from Accra on flight QR1424. I am traveling with an infant and they were both unprofessional and mean.....

@TeeJ_Mac Don't feel bad at all it's because your numb as a protective mechanism. It's hard to be moved by what should be justice inherently. It's hard to feel ok knowing that Floyd and so many others can never be with their families even despite the outcome. It's a lot to process.
