The reason I went into trading was so I could look like this and still make more than my mothers friend Iris's son who was a doctor and make everyone mad in the end.

And I know why docs took or take capitation. U r stupid if u think it’s bc u can make money from it.. u as docs are the prey on which the cartel of Medicare; Medicaid & ins cos survive. They starve u with little pymts in office visit so u will take whtever is thrown to u

And I know almost all have capitation money coming in Etc etc .. been there- even had an IPA where we skimmed money off the top like an ins co & gave lesser monthly amt to docs who lapped it up to my surprise!!

Now I know u docs want to remain a doc bc u love being a doc; u r good at it& the humanity of being a doc is incomparable. I get it. Then be a doc in a free clinic or run your clinic for free but make your living outside of being a doc. It will be freeing- I promise u that

Many dummy docs put up or retweet their political leanings. U are stupid if u think being a repub or dem is better because both at all levels are enslaving u. Keep your politics to yourself. Work to benefit docs-help them lead the fight to change or help them quit medicine

The scam of ins co; regulations & policies that restrict docs from providing all care necessary is criminal. This incl. Medicare-Medicaid collusion and racketeering with ins cos to submit an grp of workers, in this case docs to draconian laws & near slavery
