We have shutdown the inbound traffic into Key Biscayne on Rickenbacker Causeway because of a man who is armed, and threatening to harm himself. SWAT/Hostage Negotiators on scene. Avoid area.

@VillKeyBiscayne Any idea how much longer Rickenbacker will be closed???
