@KatherineChin18 Sorry this is just awful I hope your TPD head of school supportive and you can consider class action and BMA involvement this is not ok and additionally badly handled

So many Qs: How can we trust this won’t happen again? How can you think sending this email at 5pm is ok when your phone line shuts at 6pm? And the phone line is so busy no one picked up my call? How can you ask if I’ll do a resit on 26th MARCH for an exam I did 1.5years ago?!?!

I’ve finished crying about this and now I’m just full of rage. How can you do this @MRCPUK? I don’t understand. What do you mean your auditing processes found an error? 1.5 years later?! A refund and a free booking for a resit is not enough. Show us what went wrong 😩 (n/?)

@RCPhysicians Deeply disappointing apology does not go far enough . 222people have made life decisions based on these results impacting them and their loved ones . They need to be pay and Job role protected supported and emailing at 5pm???? College is accountable
