A high-level delegation from the United States Navy, led by Admiral Stephen Koehler, Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, visited @dockyardplc on February 20, 2026, to explore potential collaboration and strengthen maritime engagement in the Indian Ocean region. #colombodockyard

@dockyardplc announced that the shipbuilding contract entered into with @OrangeMarine_ for the construction of two state-of-the-art Cable Laying Vessels has officially become effective, following the successful fulfillment of conditions precedent stipulated in the contract.

@dockyardplc launched the 10th and final vessel of the 5000 DWT Eco Bulk Carrier series, named ‘Misje Kandy’ being built to Misje EcoBulk AS of Norway. As the final vessel in the Misje series, this occasion represented a significant milestone for the Shipyard. #colombodockyard

@dockyardplc secured another repeat vessels contract to build two Cable Laying and Repair Vessels to one the prestigious cable ship operators @OrangeMarine_ . Incidentally this is the largest shipbuilding contract @dockyardplc has ever signed in the history of the Company.
