@Karimsabryy بكل بساطة لانعدام النظام الصحي أصلا، وازدحام المستشفيات الكبرى بحالات رعاية أولية، عايز أقلك إن الوحدات الصحية والمراكز الأولية فيها أطباء ممكن يكونوا اكتر من مستشفى مركزي، بس مبيجوش،ودي حقيقة للأسف! للأسف وأنا طبيب كان ليا تجربة من اسبوعين في مستشفى صحة سيئة للغاية، كفاية الأمن!

@Karimsabryy بص يا دكتور، أنا رديت على الأستاذ ده رد شبيه بردك، بس للحق، مستشفيات الحكومة بتقدم خدمة كبيرة بشكل سيء ومستفز ومتعب جدا.. كل شيء ماشي ببرود، المنظومة أشبه بمصلحة فيها موظفين،أنا جزء من المنظومة دي بالمناسبة وبشتغل في مستشفى جامعة وعايز أقلك إن الخدمة فعلا لا بظهر منها غير مساوئها

ممكن حضرتك بقى تزور المستشفيات ديه وتشوف الدكاترة من اصغرهم لأكبرهم، مسلم او مسيحي وهم بيلموا فلوس من بعض وعاملين جمعيات خيرية علشان المرضى من فلوسهم الشخصية قبل ما تعترض على حقهم في الكشف بتاعهم في عيادتهم الخاصة

@aliyusef01 It's a matter of rotation not just stability, that's why! Stability is tailored for each case but rotation is a concept.. Use one fully threaded screw and it'll not rotate, but single partially threaded malleoalar screw, is a risk don't you think

One screw or two for medial malleolus fixation? The 2018 Calgary RCT by Buckley et al. found no difference in outcomes or OR time between single Vs double-screw fixation. While we feel the urge to place 2 screws for stability, one screw may be sufficient. #orthotwitter #anklefx

I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that. Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it. Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games. Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on. As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.

Some surgeries are out of literature scope, a trochanteric fracture with subtroch extension in a femur with coxa vara and a cam lesion mostly from neglected SCFE! I gave him some valgus to ensure implant survival, this was done by just contouring the DCS, Hope I hade blade plate.
