@nishant_nihar @amitmalviya Wow....comparing oranges with apples. The case you cite involves illegality as there's something known as Official secrecy Act and the rules that prohibit any armed forces personnel to share the details without clearance from defence ministry

@amitmalviya "So why is the state police machinery being weaponised against those who merely amplify what is already circulating in the public domain?" If what you said be true, why is the Delhi Police being weaponised against people who are privy to Gen Naravane's leaked book? Right?

This morning, the West Bengal Police landed unannounced at the Noida residence of journalist Surajit Dasgupta. The purpose was clear: to arrest him for allegedly sharing chats between a Trinamool Congress MP and her paramour. The contention, conveniently advanced, is that the chats were “fake.” That they could not arrest him is another matter altogether. But a fundamental question arises - who decides whether these chats are fake or genuine? Certainly not the Krishnanagar police. Moreover, if private chats between two individuals find their way into the public domain, logic dictates that the source of the leak can only be one of the two parties involved, the sender or the receiver. So why is the state police machinery being weaponised against those who merely amplify what is already circulating in the public domain? Why target individuals who are, in effect, only sharing what others are discussing? The Superintendent of Police, Krishnanagar, must remember that his duty is to serve the people of West Bengal, not to pander to the petulance and sensitivities of an errant MP. Coming to the substance of the situation at hand. The Constitution of India is unambiguous: every citizen is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Yet, in this case, the West Bengal Police appear to have discarded constitutional safeguards and due process with alarming ease. For offences carrying a sentence of up to seven years, the law mandates a compulsory notice for appearance. Despite this clear legal position, the West Bengal Police, fully aware that Surjit Dasgupta resides outside their jurisdiction, issued a notice demanding appearance within 24 hours, without providing even basic time to make travel arrangements. This was swiftly followed by a hurried move to obtain a warrant, demonstrating a “lightning speed” conspicuously absent in far graver crimes. If the West Bengal Police were to show the same urgency in investigating rapes and crimes against women, Bengal’s daughters would be far safer today. Sadly, such efficiency seems reserved for cases that touch political nerves and involve influential individuals. This episode is a complete mockery of the Code of Criminal Procedure, now rechristened as the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). It reeks of judicial overreach and reflects the steady descent of West Bengal under Mamata Banerjee into a police state where dissent and embarrassment of the powerful are criminalised. Equally disturbing are the larger questions this incident raises. How does an MP of a regional party command such extraordinary influence over the police apparatus? Is there more here than meets the eye? And as the Trinamool Congress increasingly blurs the lines between party, government, and police, one must ask: who is the party’s real heir - Abhishek Banerjee or Mahua Moitra? These questions strike at the core of democratic accountability and the rule of law. They demand answers, not intimidation, procedural abuse, and the misuse of state power. @WBPolice @KrishnanagarPD

At one end Marathis were fight and at other end Rajputs and Brahmins were fighting against the Mughuls ♦️When Khalsa Army was formed, it was led by Brahmin warrior Prag Das ♦️After him, it was his son Bhai Mohan Das ji who led the Army ♦️Sati Das ji, Mati Das ji, Dayal Das ji & many other Brahmin warriors led Khalsa Army ! ♦️These sacrificed their lives while protecting Guru ji ! ♦️Guru Gobind Singh Ji took his military training from Pandit Kripa Dutt, who was a Brahmin ! ♦️Punjab hasn't seen a great warrior than him in its history ! ♦️During a battle, 40 people had ran away from the battle field ! ♦️At this time, it was Brahmin Lakshman Das a.k.a Banda Bahadur and his 14-year-old son Ajay Baradwaj who fought in Sirhind to save the family of Guru Gobind ji. ♦️In 19th century, Khalsa Panth became Sikh Religion. Using Akali movement, few separated it from Hinduism ! ♦️Don't let the left-wingers to divide us !  ♦️Let's unite and defeat their Conspiracy !

An Indian who had been living in Japan for more than a yr noticed something strange : his Japanese friends were polite & helpful, yet none of them ever invited him to their home, not even for a cup of tea. Confused & hurt, he finally asked one Japanese friend why this was so. After a long silence, the friend replied, "We are taught Indian history… not for inspiration, but as a warning." The Indian, astonished, asked, "A warning? Indian history is taught as a warning? Please explain why." The Japanese friend asked, "How many English ruled India?" The Indian replied, "Maybe… about 10,000?" The Japanese person nodded seriously & asked, "At that time, weren’t there over 300 million Indians?" "So who committed the atrocities on your people? Who followed the orders to whip, torture, & shoot them?" He asked emphatically, "When General Dyer ordered the firing at Jallianwala Bagh, who pulled the trigger? Was it the English soldiers? No, it was Indians." "Why didn’t anyone point their rifle at General Dyer, not a single person?" He continued, "The slavery you talk about—this was your real slavery. Not of the body, but of the soul."* The Indian stood motionless, silent, & ashamed. The Japanese friend continued, "How many Mughals came from Central Asia? Maybe a few thousand? And yet they ruled you for centuries." "The Mughals did not rule India through their numbers; it was your own people who bowed to them, obeyed them, betrayed their own, and showed loyalty to the Mughals. Either to survive or for silver coins." "Your own people converted to their religions." "Your own people betrayed your heroes to the English. Who betrayed Chandrashekhar Azad? Who informed the English about his hiding place in Alfred Park?" "Bhagat Singh was not easily executed without the permission of those people (Gandhi-Nehrus) who called themselves patriots." "You Indians do not need foreign enemies. Your own people repeatedly betray you for power, position, and personal gain. That is why we keep distance from Indians." "When the English came to Hong Kong and Singapore, not a single local joined their army. But in India, you did not just join the enemy’s army—you served them. You worshipped them. You killed your own people to please them." "Even today, you have not changed. You have learned no lessons from history. Even for a little free electricity, a bottle of alcohol, or a blanket—you sell your vote, your conscience, and your voice without thinking." "You chant slogans, protest, but when the country needs your sacrifice, where are you? Your first loyalty is still to your home, family, wife, children, and wealth. The rest—country —can go to hell." After saying this, the Japanese left, and the Indian stood there, head bowed, frozen in shame.

Operation Sindoor was just an eyewash or at the best a half hearted attempt to tame the terrorists from Pakistan. But what rankles the evert person in India is that when common man was attacked in Pahalgam by the terrorists from across the border , why weren’t common men and Terrorists of Pakistan not attacked without any discrimination. Why did our Army and Airforce only target selective people?? The kingpin Azhar Masood is still at large. Agreed nuclear installations sites pose hazard, so why not decimate the rest of the airfields, airbases, civilian airports, practically everything. Why was our response so subdued one.

You keep hating Modi for his Operation Sindoor tweet but I’d much rather have a Prime minister who fights for India’s interests than one who fights for Pakistan’s; I’d much rather have a Prime minister who gives Pakistan a lesson than one who gives it our land & water. My views:
