@PaulSolarz I'm in New Tampa. Everything, everywhere is getting pricy. It is not as bad up here, we don't have the riverwalk but we have some really nice parks

@PaulSolarz I'm in Tampa, lots of choices in the Tampa bay area, some more downtown some more rural. Sarasota is nice but tends to be more expensive. We also seem to be in the sweet spot for storms so we are very fortunate

@PaulSolarz You should move to Florida. Summer is hot, but we are prepared with good AC, and honestly Chicago gets just as hot. Winter is never below freezing and only lasts a couple days at a time.
