DIESEL IN METRO MANILA HITS OVER P140/LITER DOE Sec. Sharon Garin says diesel prices in Metro Manila have increased by P15 to P18 per liter, pushing the cost of regular diesel to over P130 and premium diesel to as high as P144.20. An increase of P8 to P12 per liter will also apply to gasoline, while kerosene prices will jump by P12 to P22 per liter this week. | via @brixlelis
