@Mish_K_ She’d happily sacrifice people fighting for their freedom to support her agenda - nasty piece of work! What happened to the Left? They used to at least pretend they stood with the people! I guess the masks are off

Yes. Iranians today are fighting two enemies: the Islamic regime and Israel (with the US). Of the two, the latter are seen as the existential threat — one that has rallied the people around the flag and the government. That was the core failure of the US/Israeli strategy, which expected to end the war in three days by decapitating the regime.

Iranians are fighting two oppressors: the Islamic regime - who silences them and replaces their voice with state propaganda Morally confused westerners - who carry state propaganda forward as fact One places the muzzle on, the other fixes it in place The two forces work collaboratively toward one of the greatest systematic erasure efforts of our time… all in the name of “anti-oppression.”

@dodge_a_roo @RachBlevins @Leelako Relying on AI is making your brain malfunction. YOU argued Panama & Egypt were allowed to charge a fee because of engineering feats. I showed you the UNCLOS allows Straits like the one in Iran to charge a fee if it provides a service, regardless of anything else.

"This is an EXISTENTIAL WAR for us. We did not choose to engage in this war. YOU started this ATTACK, but you will NOT decide how this ENDS." Dr. Setareh Sadeqi (@Leelako) noted that if the US wants out of this war, it can start by withdrawing troops and lifting sanctions...

@InParadoxState @RachBlevins @Leelako However, because these canals are so critical to global trade, they are governed by their own specific, historical treaties rather than UNCLOS

@dodge_a_roo @RachBlevins @Leelako Incorrect. Law of the Seas does not establish any engineering infrastructure to charge a fee. All that is required is that Iran provides a service & UNCLOS does not define what services is. Iran can argue that secure passage & guidance is a service. +Iran isn't UNCLOS signatory

@InParadoxState @RachBlevins @Leelako Both Suez and Panama Canals were massive feats of engineering costing a fortune to dug up and continually maintain and operate. Accordingly, they charge a toll. Under UNCLOS, ships have the right of transit passage through the Strait of Hormuz for free. Iran is in breach.

@dodge_a_roo @RachBlevins @Leelako Panama (Panama Canal) & Egypt (Suez Canal) both charge a toll. The Strait is territorial waters of Iran/Oman & UN Law of the Seas permits a country to charge a toll for commercial waterways in their territory as long as they provide a service. Law of Maritime War allows blockade

October 7 didn't just change Israel. It exposed something darker. If this didn't open your eyes- nothing will.

Why do feminists have a problem with Jews? Zoe Strimpel exposes anti-Semitism inside modern feminism and the contradictions at the heart of progressive politics. From a shocking art exhibit to the deeper clash between identity politics and the West… Out now on all platforms!

@HonestReporting This kind of inversions and rewrites of history get picked up by all AI systems. Bullshit sneaks in through articles, research papers, books, etc. Unless discredited by multiple sources, it all eventually becomes accepted history. This is a serious problem!

They didn’t just rewrite the Haggadah. They erased Jews from it. Jewish Voice for Peace’s 2026 “Passover” text barely mentions Egypt or the Israelites… but mentions Palestinians on nearly every page. The Jewish story of liberation from slavery? Replaced with Jewish guilt, casting Jews as oppressors before they were even free. Rituals, prayers, and symbols are hijacked for a different cause. Even the atrocities of October 7 get dismissed or denied. This is what happens when anti-Zionist ideology devours history and tradition.

@jessisajew Shameful to see the fringes of society on display in my home land. I don’t usually support hate crime laws but I hope this guy gets locked up. Cops let people lose during those pro-Palestinian protests and kids now think this behaviour is ok. Absolute scumbag

Jennings: You have supposed friends of the US saying you can't use these bases. Phillip:Are they not right to wonder why weren't they consulted before trump decided to wage a war? It sounds like you think it's in their defense. Jennings: It is in defense of all of Europe Phillip: Shouldn’t they have been consulted? Jennings: Consulted? We decided it was in our national security interest. Phillip: So, that makes it our war.

@greg_0ld @Ggover9000_ @gpgh_ @Acyn Troublesome is traffic on the way to work. Jihadists with religious craving for apocalyptic end with nukes and/or thousands of long range missiles and drones, able to hold the global economy hostage at the Strait of Hormuz are more than troublesome

@Ggover9000_ @gpgh_ @greg_0ld @Acyn They’ve negotiated for as long as I can remember, meanwhile spending billions on arms, slowly getting closer to having nukes and long range missiles. The Strait of Hormuz would then be the least of everyone’s problems
