My Bybit account was restricted out of nowhere after a normal on-chain transfer from HTX. I've submitted all the source of funds & KYC proofs days ago, but there is still NO update. Please escalate my case! @Bybit_Official @Bybit_ZH @HuobiGlobal

Bybit 好离谱，我真的要哇哇叫了 HTX 出事情那天，我从 HTX 转了 4000u 到 Bybit，然后整个账户都被冻结了。这倒是小事，因为 HTX 地址出事情，各大交易所都要审核，这个可以理解。 但是币安和 OKX 都只用了 1 天的时间，就全部审核完毕解封了，Bybit 这里现在是第 7 天了，都还没有解封，然后发给我的邮件说要审核到 7 月 2 号？我靠你们要 1 个月的时间来审核？ 还好我是在 Bybit 没有开任何的仓位，不然我真的要急了。 最麻烦的是，我把 Bybit 的 U 卡当成了生活的主力卡，生活中的所有订阅服务都绑了 Bybit U 卡来支付，现在得一个个去解绑换卡，哎！

Chuyển có 198 usdt vào Bybit từ sàn HTX mà nó khóa luôn tất cả tài sản trên sàn này ~ 4500$. Giờ 198$ này bị đưa vào nguồn gốc tài sản bất thường, mình có gửi ticket rồi nhưng không thấy giải quyết. AE có kinh nghiệm giải quyết cái này không, chỉ mình với? Thật là phiền, sau vụ này không xài Bybit nữa quá.

昨天从 HTX 转了4000u 到我的 Bybit，充值显示到账了，但是余额没有增加，然后因为 Bybit Card 是我的主力消费卡，刷了两次都被拒了，才发现我的 Bybit Card 也被停用了 🥵

Freezing accounts then announcing 😡😡😡😡😡 So, at least as other exchanges you should freeze only the transferred amount for review not the whole account 😡 BTW, I always transfer from HTX to Bybit monthly so there are no suspicious transactions. @Bybit_Official If HTX-related addresses are considered high risk, why wasn’t the transaction blocked or flagged before allowing me to send the coins? I had no intention of violating any policy, and now I’m unable to withdraw or use P2P services.

🚨 WHAT TO DO IF YOUR BYBIT ACCOUNT GOT BLOCKED BECAUSE OF HTX? The only method that actually works. Email directly to: compliance@bybit.com Write a standard, calm text without any threats or emotions. State clearly that the HTX account belongs to you and that you use it exclusively for personal purposes, fully complying with the Terms of Service of both HTX and Bybit. If you need your frozen funds urgently: Ask them to expedite the AML review and grant you a temporary withdrawal window. Include in the email: date of the block, your UID, ticket ID, appeal ID (if you have one), exact amount of frozen funds. Attach a handwritten statement on a plain A4 sheet of paper and a selfie holding that handwritten statement and your passport (both visible). Do not spam them with the same message every day. Usually, you'll get a reply within a few business days. They are either: - Open withdrawal for 72-120 hours - Fully unblock the account - Ask for proof of source of funds Send everything at once – don't drag it out. Note: This exact algorithm works for literally any crypto exchange, not just Bybit. Remember these critical points: ❌ Nobody can "fix this through a friend in compliance" ❌ Never pay anyone a percentage of your deposit to "unlock" it ❌ Never send your 2FA codes, seed phrase, or personal data to anyone ❌ Don't waste time registering under someone's referral link hoping they will magically help you If you just message the regular live chat support on the exchange, you might wait forever. Standard support is practically useless here – you'll just get generic, automated AI agent replies. Front-line support agents don't even have access to the details of your AML review. Let's be real: Exchanges don't actually care whether your money is "clean" or not. They just need to collect a folder of documents so they can show regulators that they followed all the rules. That's it.
