Even my mum or family shocked that i could get high blood pressure at the age of 17, and whenever i did it feels like I'm faking it until I'm not and i almost feel like im dead

Even now after eid my back hurts and it feels uncomfortable, and yesterday i almost passed out

It's easy for me to get either low or high blood pressure doing hard labor so thats why i go to gym hopefully my body could sustain it and become stronger. Getting shredded is lowkey just a bonus, but im kinda obsessed getting big biceps now
