If you actually sit down and start watching charts for a while, you will start seeing patterns. It's not perfect but good enough. And also learn some TA. Helps a lot..

@Kwontik come from it. If you get too depressed maybe look into cbt or read some advice from the stoic philosophers. Keep working out, keep working on yourself. And something will come that lights your life again, it may take time, but it'll come (and you're going to want to be ready

@Kwontik when it does). Perhaps something to consider. If she were to look back would she like what she saw? Someone obsessing over her and the past, or someone who learnt, became stronger and 'moved on'
