Es un debate amplio y deberia ser atacado en un estado eficiente, y si te das cuenta nadie lo ha tratado. Las remesas son transferencias privadas, no inversión pública ni recaudación fiscal, hay impacto colateral ? si pero no genera valor. Van principalmente a consumo de hogares (alimentación, educación, vivienda y otras categorías) No es participación cívica.
