REMINDERS: Come in on Monday for a chance at a trial run for the physical testing we will do at tryouts! This will be the last time we will have anything scheduled before tryouts! There will be NO WEIGHTS OR OPEN GYMS from 7/26-8/8!

We are 3 weeks away from Try outs!! REMINDER: this week is training by sign up only! You must sign up 24-48 hours prior to the day you would like to come in! We will be going 4:45-6:15pm, be on time to help set up! You can sign up by emailing to: Jamila.biglow@d11.org
