@PaulTimmspaul Hello! I would recommend using standard sized mugs/glass, which should fit under the machine. Alternatively you can remove the drip tray which should enable you to fit a larger cups/glass under.

@DolceGustoUK I need a replacement coffee pod machine that a 6" Cappuccino glass fits under. Any suggestions?

@DolceGustoUK think you need quality control as lately almost every box of intenso americano has 1 defunct pod that doesn’t doesn’t allow water through. Huge fan of your coffee but expensive waste having faulty ones

@DolceGustoUK It's been 4 years. Still yet to find any supermarket that supplies these recycling bags in store.

Hi @DolceGustoUK question there's plenty of great options for your coffee pods don't get me wrong I enjoy them but not alot of Decaf options especially to buy at supermarkets like Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys would you consider adding more Decaf Coffee Pods to Supermarkets

@DolceGustoUK I gave a Genius S automatic machine. I think The capsule has bloated and got stuck inside and I cannot lift the lever. Advice needed please as I don’t want to break it. Water no liquid will run through it now.

@DolceGustoUK I also realise this could be a supermarket BUYER problem so I have also complained to Morrisons, Tesco & Asda about this poor DG pod selection. Becuae if I see another full shelf of "Americano" in a supermarket I will scream!!

@DolceGustoUK Why do you discontinue or ban the sale of certain pod blends in the UK? Below is my home coffee station. Most pods here are my fav "New York" which is no longer available in UK supermarkets. Miami Morning & Milano are not available either! 😳 Why? Please tell me x

@IckleWood It was a tough decision for us to make Jillian, but we've discontinued Starbucks Americano Veranda Blend capsules. We're proud of all our products, so it's never easy to see one go!
