Yep.. If a gun manufacturer is liable for the actions of a gun user, if a bar tender is liable for a over serving person who makes the decision to drive drunk and kills someone.. Then these politicians and judges should be held to same standards. Especially when they ignore detained request, go against prosecutor recommendation , etc.
