@domrobinson01 That’s amazing! I went up to 85kg during lockdown but now I’m back to 82kg from doing my #mark320 behaviour change (I also found that I was motivated to eat healthier to compliment the exercise!) I’d like to lose more, but setting little goals makes it achievable. Well done!

One of my SMART goals is getting down from 85kgs to 80kgs through healthy eating a drinking. I am now at 81.5kgs! Super proud of myself but still have a bit to go 💪 #MARK320

During this healthy eating journey I’ve realised how different peoples perspectives of healthy eating are. Mine would be not eating fast food whereas others would be not eating bread #mark320

Week 4 update!
I haven't tweeted for a week so I thought Id give you all an update (in checklist form)!
Pros
- home meals made and prepared
- ate at home most of the time
- went out twice but ate steak
Cons
- consumed KFC twice
- socially had 2 drinks

So one of my SMART goals is that I can only have 1 cheat meal a week and its already Monday, at least i got water tho... #MARK320

Just went to Coles and purchased some chicken, steak, rice, vegetables, protein bars and yogurt. Going to be attempting the impossible task of making and consuming my own meals... as a 20 year old who still lives at home... lets see how we go! #MARK320
