Someone said he hasn't gotten 1k views ever since he created his account. Guess what? He has a bluetick. I checked his page and scrolled down a little, but all I saw were reposted tweets and a few motivational tweets he made. Lmao, who told him the system works like that? When I came back January for this account, I was at 30+ followers. I heard about the monetization program, so I decided to give it a try. I started with a follow for follow method, and I failed. I was told I needed a bluetick to survive in the new street of X, and as the risk taker I was, I subscribed to my first blue tick with my allowance. (I saw shege banza that week) I tried the "Follow for follow" method again; It worked by increasing my followers, but my impression was nothing to write about. My first banger post was 20k+ The post wasn't planned. Just a random re-qoute and boom, it boomed! It was sweet at first. I replied to almost all the comments under the post, and the more I replied, the more it kept on gaining visibility. I tried to keep up with the momentum, but I got exhausted. I found out I wasn't creating from a point of authenticity. I was just creating to please. I paused. I observed. I shake my head. And I went offline for a while. I came back after my bluetick expired. I did not feel the need to compete. I did not feel the need to pressure myself looking for a certain number of impressions and verified users. I just create. During those moments, I tasted the sweetness of reading posts without rushing to comment or engage. The first posted I quoted with a calm mind did 200k+ views. I tried it again with another post, and I got 2.3M views. The pattern clocked, and I sticked to it. I was able to pull 6M+ views during those moments, and I only got to realize when I resuscribe. Guess what worked? Storytelling! Posting motivational tweets is not bad, but posting it every day isn't ideal. Oga rest, motivation is not a solution. We need something realistic. Talk about your experiences. Talk about something we can relate to. It can be school, work, likes, and dislikes. Just create from within so people can feel the rhythm. Another thing you need to practice is OBSERVATION. Don't just create. The worst thing that can happen to your content is not getting attention at all. Observe your TL. Observe when your mutuals are active. Hook them not with a perfect tweet, but something that will make them stop and say, "this makes sense." Well, this isn't a lecture. This is a slice of the masterpiece I got while growing this page. Guess what? I'm no longer that creator sitting on 30 followers. 🙈 I just checked my analytics, and I have pulled 2k+ followers and over 6M views over the few weeks. I did this not with ragebaiting contents. I did it with something I would never get tired of doing(storytelling). I'm still creating. I'm still learning, and the most important thing is that "I'm growing!"

Kanye West’s accident was worse than Dagrin’s. Kanye was in the ICU, hooked up to all kinds of devices, while Dagrin was just laid on a bed, we all saw the pictures. Healthcare systems can shape outcomes. All these American rappers who brag about surviving being shot nine or five times as if they’re macho, in Nigeria, many of them wouldn’t survive. First responders might even help themselves to victims’ belongings, and if you’re lucky enough to make it to a hospital, you could be rejected for lack of a police report. I’m no big fan of the American health system either, they have their own form of healthcare inequality and can charge 10k dollars for every bullet removed, but at least you have a real chance of surviving. There are many deaths like that in this country, cases that could have been caught early, along with all kinds of misdiagnoses.

One thing I know is this, change happens silently. People only notice when it compounds. I know lot of things are not in your control but daily improvement is never one of them. Commit daily to becoming better.

Last year, my classmate japa’d back to Nigeria from the UK. I remember the day he landed. The joy was loud. Family members showed up, friends gathered, pictures everywhere. “Home sweet home,” they said. He told me, “At least I’ll have peace now.” No more bills swallowing his salary. No more night shifts that left his body aching and his mind empty. No more eating alone in a cold room where nobody knew his name. Nigeria welcomed him… but not gently. The first week, NEPA reminded him who was in charge. Light would blink like it was playing games, sometimes 2 hours, sometimes nothing for days. He started buying fuel like it was food. Network? Another battle. Important emails hanging. Calls dropping. Opportunities slipping through his fingers because “the server is not responding.” He tried to get a job… Ah. That one humbled him. “Overqualified,” one company said. “We can’t match your expectations,” another replied. Some didn’t even respond after promising, “We’ll get back to you.” The few offers he got? Salary that couldn’t even cover what he used to spend on transport abroad in a month. Transportation showed him pepper too. Fueling his car on a weekly basis cost him a fortune. The day he decided to enter a bus, standing under the sun, negotiating fares like his life depended on it. Keke drivers inflating prices once they heard his accent. Then came the subtle pressure… “So… why did you come back?” “UK no favour you?” “You should have just stayed there na…” The same people who welcomed him with open arms slowly turned into silent judges. Even at home, peace wasn’t exactly peace. Expectations increased overnight. “You’re back now, you should support this… handle that…” Little by little, the savings he came with started disappearing. And the loneliness he ran from? It found him again… just in a different form. Here, it wasn’t quiet rooms… It was being surrounded by people and still feeling misunderstood. Slowly, the glow faded. The excitement turned into quiet frustration. Plans didn’t align. Reality didn’t match the dream he had of “coming home.” And today… He has japa’d again 😊 back to the UK. No noise this time. No big announcement. No airport pictures. Just a silent departure… and a heart that has seen both sides of the story. Life abroad is not heaven. Home is not always the comfort we imagine. Sometimes, people are just trying to survive in whichever place gives them a fighting chance. Before you judge anyone’s movement… pause. Some journeys are not about pride. They are about survival, sanity, and starting again. Truth is… not every return is permanent. And not every departure is a win. So tell me… if you had the chance, would you stay back home and struggle with “familiar problems” or travel and face “foreign struggles”? DARK HOSPITAL DEATH FACTS 1. Nurses often say 3-4 a.m. is when most patients pass away - the body is at its weakest during those hours. 2. Some terminal patients suddenly get a burst of energy before death - they seem normal.. then pass within hours. 3. Hearing is believed to be the last sense to fade - which means patients may still hear loved ones even when unrespossive. 4. In rare cases, bodies can make small sounds after, death due to trapped air leaving the lungs - which can terrify new hospital staff. 5. Some hospice workers say certain patients 'know` the exact day they're going to die - and mentally prepare for it.

I just came across a guy that came into the uk in January on student visa, he has been given 1 month to leave the country, because he did over 40hrs of work 😩, why would someone do that, after all the money spent. Been telling my friend, please don't do anything that is against the rule, it's not worth it.

AARONATION 👽
AARONATION 👽@Aaron_Magook·
This argument is flawed. 1. Julian Nagelsmann won his trophies at Bayern Munich, a team that is far better than Manchester United and Middlesbrough. Bayern also plays in a league that is mostly a one-team race. Put Michael Carrick in that same Bayern team and he would still win the league. 2. Carrick took over at Middlesbrough when they were in a relegation battle. The team had only 16 points in 17 games and was just one point above the drop zone. He turned things around and pushed them into the Premier League playoffs twice. That is not the point you think it is, if anything, he should be praised for his work at Middlesbrough. 3. If you want to talk about Ruben Amorim having a 34% win rate at United, then also mention Carrick’s win rate at United, which is around 70% right now. And what is the guarantee that Nagelsmann will do better than Carrick at United? We have already seen big names like José Mourinho and Louis van Gaal fail here. Even promising coaches like Amorim and Erik ten Hag have struggled. So why not give Carrick time and support him based on the progress he has already shown?
Noush 🧠 | MUFC@NoushardMUFC

Carrick – 48% win rate Nagelsmann – 64% win rate Carrick – 189 games managed Nagelsmann – 400+ games Carrick – 44 years Nagelsmann – 38 years Carrick – no trophies Nagelsmann – Bundesliga, DFL Super Cup Carrick – managed Middlesbrough Nagelsmann – Hoffenheim, Leipzig, Bayern, Germany These are the basics. So before picking a manager, at least be informed about who you’re comparing. Because it doesn’t add up… If Amorim was getting cooked for a 31% win rate, how does 48% suddenly become better than 64%? Unless we’re just being hypocritical.

At the market today, a woman told me 5 pieces of yam is ₦12k. I priced it down to ₦5k. She said ₦6k last last. I said ₦5k. She said no. I went round the market, the cheapest I saw was ₦7k. So I went back to her. Now she said ₦8k last last We dragged it, she refused and even started insulting me. I left. On my way out, I ran into my bike man, I described the woman’s shop to him and told him: “Help me price it ₦5k or ₦5,500 max. Buy 10 pieces if she agrees.” This man went there… She agreed to ₦5,500. He bought 10 pieces. He called me to bring a bag to carry it. When I got there, the woman just said: “You…” She couldn’t complete the sentence. She just stood there looking at me like she saw a gh0st...

I opened my water factory about 47 kilometers from where I live. That was my first error. In hindsight, I should have just bought stocks. I go to see what they are doing 3 times a week. Once I leave the factory, they will evacuate diesel and sell it later to me that they used it to refuel the trucks. I then installed CCTV thinking I had fixed the problem. Trucks will go out and not be back till late afternoon. Whenever I ask why they only did one trip, they’ll say business is low and others have hijacked our customers. One day, I decided to drive down without informing anyone. On getting to Papa, I saw my truck with planks exiting a sawmill. My eye first blurrrrrr. I parked and waited. It was my truck and my driver. Firstly he is not supposed to be there, because in water business, you have your catchment area. I collected the key right there from his hands and got a driver to move both the truck and planks to the factory. I have stories for days. 🤣🤣
BSAT Properties@BSAT_Properties

One of my financial mistakes 2024 i opened a pure water factory for additional income. In fact in my head I had imagined that it’s blood money business I was about to enter because I felt the expenses will be small so I imagined plenty profit. In my mind I said after all I’m not buying the water. Anyway let me first use 5 minutes to laugh at my self first before I start 😂😂😂 I bought every machine it needed to Nafdac standard,I also registered it with Nafdac so my sale was very legit. That gave me my first experience with Nafdac I started with 3 cars,a hilux truck and 2 open boot bikes. We kicked off and my reality set in. First of all printing of roll was more expensive than i thought, already taking half of my money. Then as a producer our price is usually regulated with other factories,we cannot give drivers higher than other factories because we had a union binding us and it was part of our rules. We are producers so we don’t sell directly,we give to drivers at cheaper rate then they sell and make their money. As at that time I was giving each bag of water to my drivers at 120 naira a bag sometimes 150. Now I will still buy fuel for the cars ooo Even when i considered the option of them buying fuel and adjusting their price I still suffered for it. I also pay each bagger 10 naira to bag 1 bag, this is minus other salaries of the people in production handling the major sealing machines ooo I was burning electricity and light bill as if fire was burning my Nyash. I changed filters every two weeks and it’s not cheap I ran diesel to support Nepa because of course I live in Nigerian. I had so many staffs on salaries too and there are so many other expenses i cannot say all here. Abi is it car maintenance, story for another day 🥱 Drivers will owe me and they kept giving excuses that customers are owing them, all lies, infact me,drivers and police station became customers every week. I gave most of this drivers accommodation ooo but the truth is they are full blown thieves. At the end of every sales I make money but it goes like the wind to expenses and I will be left with only money to replace the rolls to produce again. To cut the long story short I was close to running madd then I shut down the business and I regained my sanity. If you have ever ran a pure water business you will understand this post better than anyone else, and if you intend to open a pure water factory first go to Amadioha and take juju make all your workers first swear oath before you start and take jazz not to run madd. Which business showed you shege? © Belle Kingdom

You people enjoy eating turkey, but let me give you a small behind-the-scenes gist before it lands on your plate 😂🤣 First of all, turkeys will lay eggs and just… abandon them. No care in the world. Unlike chickens, they won’t sit on their eggs. They just act like nothing happened. So farmers either use incubators or sneak it under local chickens to hatch them. Now when the eggs finally hatch, you’d expect the babies (poults) to rush food like chicks abi? Not these ones. They will just be staring at the feed like mumu philosophers 😭 You literally have to teach them how to eat…tap the feed, make pecking sounds, even dip their beaks inside so they learn the first pecks. And it doesn’t end there… small noise, small panic…they stop eating again 😂🤣 Cold is another problem. Once they are cold, they gather together for warmth… and sometimes end up suffocating themselves. Most deaths happen in the first few days..from cold, hunger, dehydration, or piling. Asides the pest and disease (which I won’t want to bore you with) Then after surviving all that wahala… they grow up and start forming boss. Big birds chasing human beings up and down like landlords 😂🤣 If turkey never pursue you before, you won’t understand. So next time you’re enjoying that turkey meat, just remember…farmer don see shege before it reached your plate. Yes, na your money you use buy am… but still, respect the process 😌
