Is this guy's basically saying Rwanda is actually the M23 rebels fighting in the DRC, which he's always denied? Because the DRC can't put down their weapons fighting against a rebel group, yet DRC haven't even attacked Rwanda. So what's Rwanda even claiming to fight against?

Butembo, une cargaison avec des tenues militaires a été interceptée par les services des renseignements. Elle appartient aux FARDC, mais on la présente comme celle de AFC/M23. La nouvelle tenue des FARDC, qui ressemble FORTEMENT à celle des officiers de AFC/M23, est un handicap terrible dans cette guerre ! Je l'ai dénoncé à 2 reprises. Les officiers et le ministre de la défense, qui ont passé cette commande, doivent être sanctionnés ! Ces tenues partaient vers Ituri. Mais là, tout le monde est dans la confusion totale : à qui appartiennent ces tenues ? Comment une telle cargaison est transportée par un véhicule civile ? On joue vraiment avec tout dans ce pays !
