It was dagz’s anniversary the other day and I am in Sydney so had a Happy Chef Laksa in honour of the big man this afternoon. Felt good.

So many reasons to grieve Steve Albini. My top three: - Music desperately needs more people with his ferocious approach to art over commerce. - Shellac at The Zoo was one of the great shows - we never get that again. - We have one less ally in the fight against Steely Dan.
