so I only lost 1 single pound since Friday…I’m gonna kms, I’ve literally been eating the same >300cal everyday so I feel like I should’ve lost more?? We walked a ton too. Buttttt I haven’t taken a shit since Friday either so maybe that’s why?

I better have lost atleast 1kg but preferably 2kg
