A great night out in Liverpool despite the result. Cote D'Ivoir 1 @ScotlandNT 0 in a warm up match for the @FIFAWorldCup in the summer. Over 30000 in the new Everton Stadium with majority being Scots. Scotland need to find a goalscorer (Shankland ?) before the big ko in June.

@ScotlandNT 0 Japan 1 friendly was a surprisingly flat affair. The pre match pint with son in law @alid3114 was the highlight! Over 44000 Scots fans went home slightly disappointed but there is always the next match! Roll on Ivory Coast v Scotland at @Everton on Tuesday night !

The steps down to the pavilion are currently out of use due to ongoing council work. Access will be via the ramp or steps along at the pump track and a walk to the entrance gate. The car park remains open as usual. The pavilion is accessible via the blue lines on the map below.

On Sat it was @JamTarts 1 @DundeeFC 0 in the @SPFL Premiership. A vital home win under a warm early spring sky. Hearts are now bookies favourites to win the title. McEntee scored the winning goal 13 mins from time with a bullet header. Great pre-match pint at the @Goldenrulepub

I was at @PenicuikAth 4 @hawshob 1 in the @EastScotlandFA Prem. A great game with Rookie Cuikie on fire against champions elect. A well taken hat trick by Daryl Healy. Cuikie's Sam Coats unlucky to be red carded. Cuikie getting good results against the big teams in this league.

I was at @WhitehilWelfare 2 @Edinsouthfc 4 in @EastScotlandFA Div 1 yesterday. Six goals, great pie, bar open at ht, beautiful early spring blue sky. Plus a complete strip change for Welfare after 7 mins due to a colour clash. Always a joy to visit Ferguson Park in Rosewell.
