Excellent letter. An agency can’t create rules that go against Texas law. Only the Legislature can change the law. The HUB program doesn’t give an advantage to women- or minority-owned businesses, it simply opens the door for opportunity for those businesses. #txlege

An out-of-state school just got approved for Texas vouchers. We knew this would happen — and Republicans voted down my amendment to prevent it.  Texas taxpayer dollars should go to Texas schools.
