@SonyUK Yup..used it 3 times now...nothing..nadda zippo. Again as a company you don't care about security. Have highlighted an serious issue. You fob me off to another department and then nothing..

@AskPS_UK poor poor service... account compromised and can't even get you to acknowledge or help. Keep being passed from pillar to post and nothing. 2 weeks someone has had my details and i can't even get a helpful response. Glad to see you take security seriously

@SonyUK Again i have..nothing .. zippo nadda. No acknowledgement, no help, when i go onto you chat they won't help either. My account is gone...my details are exposed now for almost 2 weeks abmnd Sony don't give a flying Feck. Poor poor poor.
