The UK is committed to supporting the Lebanese people after the explosion in Beirut, and we are pledging another £20m to help the most vulnerable 🇬🇧🇱🇧 Thank you @EmmanuelMacron and @AminaJMohammed for convening today's virtual conference on the crisis in Lebanon.

@MartinSLewis Surely majority of people are already in a contract, so this only applies to those whose contract are due to end? Or is it still beneficial to pay the exit fee?

@itvnews Why the poorest? Thought this virus wasn’t prejudice? They tell us healthy people get it!

@chew201 @MartinSLewis I feel exactly the same! CIS workers should be able to put forward their last 12 months return, it’s disgusting. A loan is no good to me 😡

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp @hmtreasury I don’t get a penny because I was paid dividends prior to 2019 & been self employed since then? So I have to spend my savings while everyone else gets 80% no questions asked. Why can’t I provided a full 12 months accounts and get 80% or upto £2500 same as everyone else?

@MartinSLewis I’ve just tried cancelling my annual travel insurance policy, due to all our travel plans being cancelled. “no, we’re not giving refunds”. This is AA, they even confirmed its not in the terms & conditions, it’s on their own matrix refunds policy. Can they do this?

@braindeadcooker @Nicola4WBE Your 100% right there, there are 1000’s of these dance routines and all of them using expensive machines for props, wasting PPE and showing use empty wards! I’m sorry but we should only be praising the covid wards not the whole NHS Rant over 😊

@Nicola4WBE Will more people die though? Only if hospitals become overwhelmed - and NHS workers seem to be finding time to practice and film their dance routines recently, so that seems highly unlikely even if there was a second peak.

The message is clear - if we release the lockdown measures too soon, more people will die and we will do long-term damage to our economy. Let's stick with it and only act when the scientific advice says it's safe to do so: nicolarichards.org.uk/news/we-cant-r…

#BBCBreakfast NHS staff dancing around in a group of 14 people not adhering to social distancing and putting it in front of millions of people encouraging other idiots to do the same. Are they immune? Put a drink in their hands and they may as well be in a pub!!

@jazhur1 @ITVNewsPolitics Hmm Really??? My husband is a self employed sub contractor he invoices each week and has 20% tax deducted from his pay and gets a payslip just like someone paid direct. Your talking about small businesses who pay tax each quarter.

@SkyNews Can you ask someone please....... Can we stay at home from work to self isolate out of fear without having symptoms and still get paid? Or do we have to wait until we are infected???
