IM BACK The past 2 months have been long and full of challenges. During this time, the company had some serious internal violations. As the one in charge, I had to deal with legal and internal issues first. Every day felt like defusing bombs—making sure they didn’t blow up while also making sure they were fully taken care of. Because of that, I couldn’t focus much on online work. It wasn’t what I wanted, but it was the choice I had to make. Time has a way of revealing things. I read BOZ’s report and also some of the community’s comments. Honestly, sometimes it really does take time to see people clearly. Like the saying goes: “It’s easy to add flowers when the tree is blooming, but rare to send charcoal in the snow.” This experience reminded me that only when the weather gets cold and the storm hits, you’ll know who stays to shield you and who quietly walks away. These feelings maybe only people who’ve gone through entrepreneurship will truly understand. It’s not a straight road; it’s full of mud, hidden rocks, and storms. Sometimes the sea is calm, but more often it’s rough waves where you just hold the wheel tight and grit your teeth to keep going. Over these two months, I wasn’t just handling violations and legal stuff I was also observing. Observing human nature, the team, the community, and myself. Some people shrink in the face of hardship. Some take advantage of it. But a few just a few don’t care about the outcome, they just quietly stand by your side and help you carry the weight. Looking back, I don’t regret spending these two months dealing with this. Because if you don’t fix the foundation, no matter how lively things look on the surface, they’ll eventually collapse at a critical moment. Now I’m clear about who’s worth walking with, and who should stay behind. These realizations are more valuable than any short-term “performance boost. From here, the market, the community, the project’s progress all of it will gradually get back on track. And after the storm, the ground is steadier. We’ll keep moving forward only this time, with a smaller, stronger team, and a clearer direction.
