Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @nikestore @nike Ordered trainers due for delivery 14th Feb, money taken out 11th Feb. No delivery of said trainers. Trying to get to speak with someone is impossible, just a bot who tells you to wait 10 days. Never again!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service from @virginmedia. Booked in with them for my husband's business for over a month, and then today they cancelled it, was booked in to be done tomorrow. @virginmedia this is affecting our small business! Do you care??? Disgraceful!
