The price shopper who calls five companies and leaves one star because you weren't the cheapest. The one who asks 15 questions, wants a full tutorial on the repair, and then decides to "think about it." The after-hours caller who leaves a one star because nobody picked up at 10 PM
These are not your customers. These are the people who were never going to convert no matter what you did. And sometimes the move is to quote higher or pass on the job entirely during busy season
It is actually a great place to be when the only people leaving you bad reviews are the ones you were never going to satisfy anyway. That means everything else is working

🤦♂️Phone trees, automations, and outsourcing customer service could cause problems with this new system!
