Well I'm gonna be honest with you all I broke my sobriety after 7 months I'm in control but I'm too emotional to do much I broke down in tears just a while ago I miss her so much I'm sorry to everyone I let down all I can say is I promise I'm in control this time

I dunno how else to post about this without looking like the biggest idiot but I've been playing fear and hunger with my sobriety flipping a coin and letting it decide I've been so fucked up emotionally luckily my coin flips have led me to staying sober 1/2

I'll also doing my best to stay sober right now but god it's so hard not to fall back into what I used to be I'm not sure how I've navigated this far but I'll keep going and won't give up on myself

Well I'm back from my colonoscopy and they didnt find any polyps so I'm pretty sure I am cancer free!!! but because of my family history I have to get one done every five years they also stabbed the shit outta my arm

It is that time again Im now 3 months sober on my journey to being clean from alchymohol the holiday season was rough almost drank at parties many a time but I did not I stay strong cause I don't want to disappoint myself and everyone rooting for me
