Why is the first thought osteoporosis when there are hundreds of conditions that would make someone use a cane. Also one drawing of someone using a cane doesn’t mean the character uses it 100% of the time they’re moving

I swear there's something wrong with zoomers because last time I went to a nerd convention, I saw about 2 dozen people in their 20s and 30s walking with canes, when like a decade ago it would be low single digits. It can't all be HRT-induced osteoporosis.
