why can’t jobs be easier for autistic people im tired and i have to put all my energy into work i have none for working on anything personal to me, i feel lik a failure

ok sorry for ranting but i’m exhausted from work and burnt the fuck out.. i have 0 time or energy to do personal art when i get home , im really sad about it and its eating away at me 😭 iwant to quit my job so bad but that’s impossible man i am so tired

it’s. not the entire job that’s difficult either,, it’s having to deal with people and i already struggle with being extremely burnt out after any social interaction, on top of that ive been by myself all day for my whole 9hr shift .
