@uber_kenya My account is incorrectly blocked due to a cash order I cancelled before delivery. I did NOT receive the order. Support keeps closing the case saying “48-hour policy” but this is not a refund request, it is an incorrect charge blocking my account and Uber Cash. Please escalate.

@uber_kenya Hi, my Uber Eats account is blocked by a pending CASH payment from an order I cancelled before delivery. I did not receive the food. I’ve tried in-app support but got no response. I also have Uber Cash I cannot use. Please help remove this charge urgently.
