@colleen_daves Started taking 500mg of Magnesium at bed time and its helped me with a bunch of problems honestly. Definitely puts me in a deeper sleep, which helps keep my mind from trying to torment me 😅 I can't take most medications so it's a miracle pill for me!

if you've dealt with similar issues can you tell me if it gets better or what helped? because I'm not having fun here
