The blame can be shared between those who ran with the clip without even looking for context and the clip-farming accounts that posted the video without providing the necessary context. The account sought to mislead them, and it was successful. Blame should be directed at those who fell for it without verification, as well as at the accounts that shared it without verifying or providing proper context for the video. By the way, even the book (The Lessons of History) by Will Durant, quoted by Netanyahu, isn't something Christians should accept because it essentially implies that evil needs to be met with superior evil. But it risks pushing you towards becoming the evil you are fighting against, because power without principle, as represented by Jesus in the book, is problematic. Jesus embodies goodness, morals, and principles in the book. Allowing these ideals to take a back seat risks creating the monster you are trying to fight by setting aside principles. Power without principle turns you into the monsters you hate.
