as well as the preparedness of TSP networks in view of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s likely inauguration of the Delhi–Dehradun Expressway on 14.04.2026 to ensure seamless and reliable telecom services during the visit.

The meeting was attended by UP SDMA and all TSP Nodal Officers. It was highly interactive, with TSPs presenting their disaster preparedness and action plans. UP SDMA also provided valuable inputs to further strengthen disaster preparedness and response coordination.

सिम बॉक्स चलाने वालों पर तगड़ा प्रहार, आदरणीय अरुण कुमार वर्मा जी Addl. DGT UPW LSA के दिशा निर्देशन में 3 दिन तक चली, दूरसंचार विभाग मेरठ और एटीएस टीम मेरठ की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में पांच सिम बॉक्स, 3 लैपटॉप, 186 सिम बरामद हुए ।

As the BSNL network was already in readiness, a drive test was conducted on 24.03.2026 in coordination with the BSNL team to assess network coverage at key locations such as Arrival, Departure, and parking areas within the airport.

The team also reviewed the status of network onboarding by TSPs at the airport and assured full support to facilitate completion of the remaining works by 25.03.2026.

Addl. DGT, UPW LSA convened a meeting on 23.03.2026 with TSPs, NIA, and M/s ACES to ensure seamless telecom services at Noida International Airport, Jewar, in view of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s visit scheduled on 28.03.2026.

इसके उपरांत, डिस्ट्रिक्ट नोडल मेरठ पुलिस में CEIR पोर्टल के ऊपर एक ट्रेनिंग का आयोजन किया गया। इस ट्रेनिंग में CEIR पोर्टल के नए फीचर्स के बारे में जानकारी दी गई और मेरठ पुलिस से CEIR पोर्टल के बारे में फीडबैक भी लिया गया।

इसके अलावा, संचार साथी पोर्टल पर एक जागरूकता कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किया गया जिसमें बैंक के अधिकारियों ने अपने फोन में संचार साथी ऐप इंस्टॉल कर के अपने नाम पे जारी सिम को सत्यापित किया और संचार साथी पहल की सराहना की।

दिनांक 23.03.2026 को श्री अरुण कुमार वर्मा, एडीशनल डीजीटी, यूपी (पश्चिम) LSA के मार्गदर्शन में 510 आर्मी बेस वर्क्शाप क्रेडिट को-आपरेटिव बैंक लिमिटेड, मेरठ में फ्रॉड रिस्क इंडिकेटर (FRI) और के बारे में एक मीटिंग आयोजित की गई।
