Southwest Washington has a serious predatory pinniped problem — tens of thousands of massive invasive sea lions are venturing further and further up the Columbia River and its tributaries to gorge on our local salmon. I'm pushing to explore more effective lethal removal options.

@BuzzfeedGDebord feel like theres kind of a problem with speed limits in general, where they're often arbitrary and have little relation to actual driving conditions. like, expressway limits are probably too low, and others are generally too high (although both are poorly enforced)...

Not if people were all going the fucking speed limit haha. The idea that you have some god-given right to “keep up with traffic” is one of the most ridiculous things Americans believe.

man everyone is so bad at driving everywhere in this country. it is incredibly dangerous to go slower than the flow of traffic, to hold up the left lane, and to have this “you figure it out” attitude on the road.
