After finding that my domain renewal notices all went to the spam folder, the @doteasy billing page is truly a case study in not caring about your customers. Between the horrible billing page that will not retry a new card number to uninformative error messages... truly bad.

@doteasy - Next thing, if someone wants to transfer a domain away from your overpriced service... YOU LET THEM. In no other domain registrar do you have to fill out a 'printed' form to move one's own property away. Time to upgrade to 2020. Or even 2010.
