Not to date. It would be interesting though.
2. Why did you decide to enhance the textures even more, not complaining, just thought it would be a good question to ask (thecrystaleye083)
Largely due to the improved materials in UE5. We wanted to upgrade the existing textures to look more realistic.

To a degree. Their soul is already corrupted and destroyed. You are simply cleaning up what was left behind. It offers a small measure of peace for Doug. You can also learn a little about them in DD Remake by doing so.
5. Since there's approximately 10+ powers by the end of CH5, will there be an easier powers UI? If it's not spoilery, what's the moral lesson of Dark Deception? (AurumnBGM)
There will be an additional method to swap between powers more quickly, but you will still be restricted to 2 equipped power slots. The moral lesson of Dark Deception is that what we do in life echoes for eternity.
6. How much of remake and CH5 is finished? (SmurfBob69)

7. Would you do a Bite by Night collab for Hunted? (capivaragamer0907)
That's highly unlikely as it's a FNAF fan game featuring only FNAF characters and environments. If the game ever changes direction and becomes more like DBD with various IP other than FNAF, then yes, we would be open to a collab.
8. A Baldi's Basics collab with mnm would be hilarious. (giftersupreme)
We did reach out to Mystman a few years ago for Monsters & Mortals, but he never responded.
9. Hello Vince! Thank you for doing the Q&A on a weekend! I just wanted to ask, are there any updates for M&M and how's the single player mode coming along? (fernandomiller3232)
Glad you are enjoying it! The single player mode for M&M is almost done. We are just fixing one last issue with the bots being a little too kill happy and doing some final testing. It should be released soon.
10. When we get CH1 of the Remake we gonna have thre rest of the game with the old version? How long does a CH5 zone take to beat in testing approx? (marshall)
Until the first 2 remake chapters are complete (covering levels 1-9), we will only release them on consoles. We can't update the PC version and have old and new content mixed together. So PC players will have to wait a little longer for the CH1 content, but everyone will get CH2 at the same time and then PC players will be fully updated. Sorry, I can't stay the length of CH5 levels right now.
11. If you have Dark Deception Complete on Steam, how will the remake updates work? Will the new versions be mixed in with the old ones or will it download as a separate game? (jackxsonz)

I've made my peace with it. It's longer than I ever planned to spend on Dark Deception or any game, but Dark Deception has gone through many iterations and it's all been done with very limited resources and a small team. I'm pretty happy with the game is looking now at this point.

Thanks for being a long time fan! The character that took the longest was definitely Dark Star. We went through multiple voice actresses before getting Cherami Leigh. We were fortunate to find our voice actors for the other characters very quickly through SAG-AFTRA auditions.
17. Why Doug doesn't have a hand in first person mode. (CAIOWp1)
No reason. It was extra work and I didn't think putting player hand models in added anything worthwhile to the game.

Malak would not turn her into one of his minions and she is too strong willed to obey. He wants to enjoy her torment for eternity.
19. You mentioned last stream about a possible DLC for the 3D Dark Deception after CH5. Would it be extra content or actual levels? If levels, how many? (capivaragamer0907)
It would be a separate story campaign following a different protagonist with its own levels.
20. Hello again Vince, by unused things I mean unused content like cut or scrapped things we haven't seen yet. Also, UniCatNinjess is a gem for us all.
Some cut content might find its way back in under the mature rating, but likely not everything. We'll do our best. Also, yes, UniCatNinjess is a gem.
21. How would JJG members react to kindness over fear? (HorrorGaloreee)
Lucky only respects strength and Hangry and Penny follow his lead. They would mock and take advantage of anyone showing kindess, seeing at as the ultimate weakness. Once Lucky sees a target as weak, their only purpose is to die horribly for his amusement.
