GTA 6 Ultimate Edition does NOT lock EVERY mod shop, EVERY tattoo shop, EVERY haircut, EVERY gun, EVERY side mission, etc.
it’s *EXTRA* content for *EXTRA* money.
complain about the physical edition not including a disc, not stuff Rockstar has done before.
