Elon hired a lady who has a questionable political background. She seems to have been part of the earlier effort to step down on conservative voices. One thing I have learned is that, left or right, if you don’t agree with the left on various issues, or even just one issue, they forget their civility and come after you. Some on the right are that way, but it seems mostly to be on the left. It’s unfortunate, because discourse is the key to resolving differences, and the left does actively try to censor any voices they disagree with. Don’t you dare give up! Ok here is me “engaging”! The one thing we have in our favor is Trump’s lack of control and bad judgment. He can’t keep secrets. He’s always slipping. Always bragging. Always lying and then lying over his lies. Then there’s his cabinet. A bunch of corrupt idiots. They will fuck his plot up. We are not dealing with intelligent professionals with restraint and self control. Then there is human nature. Someone who has done something bad will want to confess, whether it be because they grew a conscience or had one but got caught up in the moment, or were forced into doing something illegal, or because their mom or mate told them they must make things right… there are so many reasons people come clean when they’ve done something wrong… it’s just a matter of time. I even have hope that a few Congress members will break the blood oath and switch sides. Imagine a Congress member having a spouse or partner who opposes what’s going on, threatening divorce or split if they don’t support the constitution. We can’t become complacent. The protests need to continue and they will grow as things get more desperate for people. But there are lots of possibilities too! Peace and freedom. Be safe.
