Tybee Island is 92% White. It's quaint & quite nice, though one of the worst weeks of my life took place there two years ago. Recommend avoid until permanent expulsion of undesirable population is possible. Visit Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama instead. Gloriously White.
